The raised PU frame of the LOWA X-Trac Work rubber/PU sole is a three-dimensional support system that provides stability to the foot. Visually reminiscent of the struts of an off-road vehicle, this is no coincidence, as the boot was originally designed by LOWA for the military. This frame prevents the boot from twisting, which is crucial on uneven ground or during quick changes of direction. The underlying rubber outsole provides additional grip thanks to its exceptional slip resistance. The upper material is also designed with practicality in mind: the hydrophobic suede/textile material causes water to bead up and roll off. Combined with the GORE-TEX Extended Comfort Footwear lining, your feet stay dry and secure even in rain and mud.

The safety boot is oil and fuel resistant (FO), waterproof (WR), and offers excellent slip resistance (SR). It is also heat and cold insulated (HI, CI) and heat resistant (HRO). The LOWA safety boot is available in sizes 39 to 48.
